About Sabrina

Sabrina Williams is a Gitxsan and Nisga’a emerging artist. Born in Ty’msyen territory in what is currently known as terrace British Columbia. She grew up between the two villages of Gitwangak and Gitanyow, Gitxsan on her fathers side and Nisga’a on her mothers.

Sabrina has been an artist for most of her life, she has been practising northwest coast art since 2018. She finds passion in the traditional three dimensional art form of carving. She takes pride in the traditional 2D paintings and tries to incorporate her own modern style with her traditional fromaline to make her own.
